SHANGHAI EXPERIENCE – DIGITAL CHALLENGE

Escrito el 1 julio 2009 por Manuel Alonso Coto en E-MARKETING

Our students of the Master in Marketing Management have been spending a week in Shanghai to learn new ways of doing marketing, new approaches to different markets and new patterns of consumers’ behaviour.

And we Professors thought of a contest in which they would have to apply all the digital marketing tools they had studied; so we launched the SHANGHAI EXPERIENCE – DIGITAL CHALLENGE. They would have to use Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Blogs,… to compile what they were learning while in China…

The academic team has been following the efforts of lots of students who have taken part in the challenge… And now, after carefully reviewing all the candidacies, time has come to announce the winner. The quality of all works was superb so our decission has not been an easy one:

First Prize: José Corcia

Thanks to all the participants and congrats to the winners!

No Google Analytics installed, standard fonts (Times New Roman!!!!!!!), poor and standard design (like 1.000.0000.000 blogs), no meta name keywords, too long font code (very difficult to be read by Search Engines Bots…. Where are the digital marketing tools? Twitter? the web counter?

Nothing original, nothing different. To my regret, so poor blogs…

Focus on providing the end user the best possible content, and then links from credible sources will follow. Together, solid content and links from trusted websites will result in favorable search engine ranking.
